1.1 Scope of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bagi platform and all services offered under it. This includes slots, live casino, virtual sports, cricket betting and any other gaming category. To learn more about us, please read our About Us page.

By using any service through the bagi website or mobile application, you as a member confirm that you have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please stop using the platform.

1.2 Changes to Terms

bagi reserves the right to amend, change or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change means you have accepted the updated Terms. The latest version will always be published on this page.

2.1 Eligibility to Register

To become a member on the bagi platform, the following conditions must be met:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.
• Each person may open only one account.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address is prohibited.
• Opening an account in someone else's name or identity is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bagi reserves the right to verify members' identities. A national ID card, passport or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. Until verification is complete, bagi reserves the right to restrict deposits, withdrawals or other benefits.

2.3 Account Security

It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account secure. Do not share your password with anyone, and if you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately. bagi will never ask for your password via email or chat.

2.4 Account Suspension and Termination

bagi may suspend any account during investigation or permanently terminate it in the following cases:

• If the information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If the member is involved in bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• If activities are carried out with the intent to harm other members or the platform.
• Upon instruction from a court or government authority.

3.1 Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit amount on bagi is ৳100 (via any payment method). Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited to the account after processing.

Members may only deposit using a payment method registered in their own name. Using a third party's payment method is prohibited, and bagi reserves the right to cancel any such transaction.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. It is recommended to use the same payment method for withdrawal as was used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Accepted payment methods for withdrawal: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

bagi follows global standards for the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing. If suspicious financial activity is detected, the relevant transaction may be suspended and the appropriate authorities notified. bagi may request additional documentation in such cases.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bagi offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed.

For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Before withdrawal, wagering of ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 is required.

4.2 Other Promotions

bagi runs various promotions including weekly reloads, slots festivals, Friday special offers, birthday rewards and referral bonuses. Each promotion has its own wagering conditions, minimum deposit and claim deadline. Full terms for each promotion are stated on the relevant promotion page.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
• bagi reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse or deliberate misuse is suspected.
• A promotion may not be combined with another promotion at the same time, unless explicitly permitted.
• A bonus may only be used in the game category specified in the promotion's terms.

5.1 Acceptable Use

All services on the bagi platform are for personal and recreational use only. Betting for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is prohibited. Using software, bots or automated tools to play games, or attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities, is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a technical error or software fault, bagi reserves the right to void that result. Any winnings obtained by taking advantage of an error will be considered void.

5.3 Game Results

All game results on bagi are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live casino games use professional dealers and real-time streaming. No game result is predetermined or subject to alteration.

6.1 VIP Levels

bagi has five VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Members can advance to higher VIP levels based on their playing consistency and activity.

6.2 Weekly Cashback

At each VIP level, cashback is provided at a set rate on weekly net losses: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.4%, Gold — up to 0.6%, Platinum — up to 0.8%, Diamond — up to 1.0%.

Example: if a Gold level member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback. Cashback is calculated on a weekly basis and depends on the net loss amount for each week.

7.1 Our Commitment

bagi believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage members to play with awareness and in a controlled manner. Members can set deposit limits, time limits or voluntary breaks on their own account.

7.2 Protection of Minors

All bagi services are for persons aged 21 or above only. It is strictly prohibited to allow minors to create accounts or play games. If a minor is found to have been given access to an account, that account will be terminated and all transactions suspended.

9.1 Limitation of Liability

bagi is not directly liable for any financial loss suffered by a member due to service interruptions, data loss or unforeseen technical errors, provided such events are beyond bagi's control. However, bagi will always take reasonable steps to protect members' interests.

9.2 Intellectual Property

The logo, content, software and design of the bagi platform are protected by intellectual property rights. Copying, distributing or reusing any element is prohibited except for a member's personal and non-commercial use.

9.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms together with related policies (including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy) form the entire agreement between bagi and the member. If any part of the Terms is found to be invalid or unlawful, the remaining parts will continue to be effective.
